Coalition membership does not authorize disclosure of protected information. Every organization remains responsible for privacy, compliance, credentials, and lawful scope of practice.
Approved members may be listed by C.A.D.R.E. in directories, outreach materials, and the website when they opt in to public identification and directory visibility.
Membership application
This application follows the coalition member agreement and profile form. Organizations can share operational, referral, and public listing details so C.A.D.R.E. can coordinate referrals, identify collaboration opportunities, and build a stronger pillar-based directory.
